The Somali Blue Eco Organization (SBEO) is a coastal youth initiative based in Mogadishu and
works to protect and restore Somalia's coastline through active and collaborative efforts between
the organization and its local community. SBEO believes that strong coastlines result in stronger
communities, safer cities, and better economic opportunities for all Somalis.
Our stakeholders play a vital role in supporting our mission and helping us create long-term impact across Somalia’s coastal communities.
SBEO provides community-driven environmental solutions, youth empowerment, scientific
research, innovation, and strong partnerships for sustainable coastal protection.

Today, Somali Blue Eco Organization (SBEO) successfully carried out a beach clean-up campaign, supported by dedicated youth and hardworking volunteers. We worked on removing waste, raising community awareness, and taking responsibility for protecting coastal surroundings.
